Welcome to Bubloo Drinkware Shop ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Pricing, Errors, and Omissions

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
We always strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, mistakes happen, and we try our best! We do not warrant that all content is completely error-free.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system glitch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been captured, we will immediately issue a full refund.

2. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email is automatically generated to acknowledge your intent to purchase, but this receipt does not constitute a legally binding contract.
Your contract with Bubloo Drinkware Shop only comes into existence when we have successfully verified your payment, processed your order, and dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our sole discretion due to insufficient stock, payment Gateway rejections, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been successfully placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified (including changes to shipping addresses or product colors).
If you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate requests made before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and follow our Returns Policy.

4. Payment Methods & Fraud Protection

We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay), PayPal, and Afterpay.

Afterpay: Allows you to pay in instalments. By using this service, you are subject to Afterpay's independent terms and conditions.
Fraud Protection: We are committed to a secure shopping environment. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders flagged as high-risk by our payment gateways without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery Disclaimers

We take immense care in packing your drinkware to ensure it arrives safely.
While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, these are indicative only. We source curated products globally and utilize local Australian couriers for final delivery. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, customs clearance, or courier network disruptions.

6. Product Care and Usage Liability

Our curated drinkware (including tumblers and ceramic mugs) requires appropriate care. Unless explicitly stated on the product page or packaging, do not put our products in the microwave, and hand-washing is highly recommended to preserve vacuum seals and exterior coatings.
Bubloo Drinkware Shop is not liable for any product damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, dropping, or failure to follow standard drinkware care instructions.

7. Sales for Personal Use Only

Our products are curated and sold for retail consumers. We are not a wholesaler. We reserve the right to decline, limit quantities, or cancel any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

8. General & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
